We had a great experience. There were plenty of reminders so we didn't forget our appointment for a ride. Our driver was excellent--he made sure we were safe and comfortable, even offering a blanket that was in storage on the trike since it was a cool spring day. He gave us choices about how far we would go and where. He pointed out points of interest and shared little bits of his life as appropriate. He explained his experience with the vehicle and the Cycling Without Age organization. There was no charge. I'm sure donations to the organization will be welcome.
